1.  No pets, smoking allowed in units.

2.  Deposits:  $200 and up deposit per unit per week/weekend reserved.  Some units may require larger deposits.  Deposits are not part of the rent.  Deposits automatically convert to damage deposit at check-in.  Deposits are returned within 15 days provided there is not damage and the unit is not left in an unusually dirty condition.  DISHES MUST BE CLEAN AND PUT IN PROPER PLACE, GROCERIES REMOVED AND GARBAGE PUT BY STREET IN PROPER RECEPTACLE.

3.  Payments:  We accept all major credit cards.  Payment accepted in cash, money order, cashier's check or travelers check.

4.  Check-in time:  3:00 - 5:00 PM Saturday.  SUNDAYS OR LATE CHECK-INS MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED WITH OUR OFFICE AND RENT MUST BE PRE-PAID.
Check-out time:  10:00 am - no exceptions!

5.  15 day cancellation is required for your deposit to be refunded or transferred to another unit.  90 day cancellation for monthly rentals.  A $20 processing fee will be deducted from your deposit for cancellation.  Cancellation after arrival by renter will result in forfeiture of any rents paid and/or security deposit.  If the unit reserved becomes unavailable for any reason and similar accommodations cannot be found, your deposit and/or rent will be refunded in full.  NO REFUNDS ARE MADE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR FOR ISLAND EVACUATION.  NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

6.  Occupancy is specifically limited to the maximum number of people indicated on rental reservation at any time during your stay.  Violation of these rules will result in loss of rent, forfeit of deposit and you will be asked to leave the unit.

7.  State lodging tax and cleaning fee and procession fee will be added to the rental amount.

8.  Grande Properties, Inc., will not be responsible or liable for misinformation , misprints or typographical errors in this website.

9.  PRICES AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

10.  We do reserve the right to change unit assignments if the need arises.

11.  Every effort is being made by our staff to fully describe these units.  Deposits will not be refunded without unit owner approval due to renter dissatisfaction of a unit.

12.  The is no charge for local calls.  Long Distance calls must be paid by credit card or long distance calling card.  All units have "Long Distance Block" through the local telephone company.

13.  Some units furnish deck furnishings and Bar-B-Que grills, but we cannot guarantee such items nor condition of these items.  Some units do not allow Bar-B-Que grills.  Please check with office on this.

14.  We cannot make refunds for mechanical failure nor pool availability.

15.  We are continuously acquiring new properties, please call for details.







Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair.  All repairs will be  handled as quickly as possible.  However, no rent refunds will be made for malfunctions.
