Chateau Bienville - Touched by the Sun. Touched by a real French influence Jerry Lathan, the developer, along with Kendrick David Dowling Architects, Inc., architects for Chateau Bienville, traveled to France to study the architecture so as to bring a real touch of the French to Dauphin Island's luxury condominiums.
All Chateau Bienville Condominium units offer a Gulf-front view and an option of a two- or three-bedroom floor plans. Each of the three phases of the development house between forty-two and forty-six units, and have a beautiful exterior plus lush landscaping. Each phase has its own gulf-side swimming pool, as well as a sophisticated security monitoring system that allows its residents to monitor the pool, beach, gate and parking lot from the convenience of their own unit. Chateau Bienville also offers its residents the use of an exercise room and conference room.
